Lawrence grew up in the South Okanagan his whole life and started his education journey at Okanagan College in Penticton B.C. in their kinesiology program, before moving to Kelowna to earn his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus in 2021.
Since graduating, Lawrence has spent the last four years working as a Kinesiologist in Kelowna and Vernon working with a variety of diverse populations and injuries. Now he has moved back to his hometown of Penticton and is excited to be apart of the community and call it home once again.
Growing up, Lawrence was very active in sports, spending much of his free time and childhood playing Hockey and Soccer. Outside of work now, you can typically find Lawrence still playing hockey, in the gym, golfing, or just enjoying the outdoors and all that the Okanagan has to offer. He takes great pride in his work and is motivated to educate, assist, and guide others towards achieving their rehabilitation, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
